Enabling effective Processes
Amtier provides consulting services to reduce costs and improve the effectiveness of the process. In this effort, each major step in a process is reviewed and modeled in order to document, how that process is currently performed (as is) and how the process should be performed (to be). During these reviews, obsolete activities are documented for elimination, and a plan developed for changes, that will improve the overall process are proposed. More importantly, the costs of the process, both direct and indirect, are determined, so that management clearly understands the real process costs and its effect on their budget. Activities are be simplified, the number of steps reduced and decisions made, on the level of automation support, needed for success. Additionally we also help identify processes and activities that may be outsourced. The outcome for the same is very precise and to the point as follows:
