Mr. M. C. Munjal, Chairman

Mr. Mahesh Chander Munjal is the Managing Director of Majestic Auto Limited and our Chairman. When Mr. Munjal took control of Majestic Auto, it was in a tough situation as the moped market in India was shrinking. He diversified the unit to produce Auto Components, Fine Blanking parts and Electric Motor Lamination along with Hero Majestic Mopeds and Hero Allegro Health equipment. He also ceased some of the non-performing operations within Majestic Auto Limited. The restructuring has turned the company’s fortunes around. This also led to a subsequent appreciation in stock price.

In a further attempt to diversify his investments, Mr. Munjal has entered the information technology enables services segment with Amtier Infotech Limited.

Mr. Munjal is a Mechanical Engineer and has an MBA degree in finance, as well. He is also the President of Ludhiana Management Association, Past President Rotary, and concurrently, Chairman, Punjab State Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Ms. Ashima Munjal is the Chief Executive Officer of Amtier Infotech Limited. Prior to the inception of Amtier, Ms. Munjal was working in the 3D Visual Enablement Team of Unisys Corporation. She led the Business Process Reengineering effort for a new Patient Financial Service System (PFSS) at the United States Department of Veteran Affairs, Health Administration.

Before joining Unisys she was involved in cutting edge research in High Availability Systems at the Centre for Networking and Distributed Systems at the Johns Hopkins University. She was a creator of Wackamole—a high availability tool for clusters—as part of the Backhand project funded by the United States Defense Advance Research Projects Agency.

Ms. Munjal has a Masters of Science in Engineering Degree and Bachelors in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Ronal Bell, Vice President

Ron has been in business development for technology products and services, including ERP systems, security and debit card systems for universities, application development programs, and organizational consulting for national firms like Xerox Computer Services, Transform Logic, AT&T Campus Wide, and Leadership 2000, Inc.

Ron has been active in India since 2001 with BPO operations, including establishing a captive call center for a UK client, as well as liaison for call centers in the Dominican Republic and Philippines .
Prior, Ron was the founder and executive vice president of Televerde, a business specializing in telemarketing for technology companies, delivering leads and sales pipeline management for companies like IBM , Microsoft , Oracle and system integrators for PeopleSoft, Baan, JD Edwards, and SAP.

Ron completed his undergraduate in marketing at the University of New Mexico ; completed all course work for an MS in Cybernetic Systems at San Jose State and earned an MBA for Executives from Arizona State University .

He is a former board member of the Arizona Software and Internet Association and a former board member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society . He has been an officer of a Toastmaster's group in Tempe , Arizona and a volunteer with the Episcopal Prison Outreach group.


Our relationship with the Hero Group  
Amtier InfoTech Limited is lead and financed by the Munjals. The Munjals are better known for their success in the Hero Group – a leading two-wheeler business in India. Over the last 50 years, Hero Cycles and Hero Honda have seen exponential growth in bicycle and motorcycles businesses, respectively. The group’s revenue is upwards of two billion dollars.     
With the Munjal venture capital, we have the ability to expand to fulfill customer requirements and excel in a competitive business environment. At the same time, we are under pressure to compete with the high standards and growth targets of the Hero Group.
