We are looking to fill the following key positions:

Sr.Manager-International Business Development (BPO) - The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day business relationships with strategic clients and developing a deep understanding of their process and long-term business strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and prioritizing key prospective clients, getting them to engage, and building deal momentum.
  • Developing strong relationships with business counterparts (including relationships with process, business development, finance, and senior executives) .
  • Understanding client's business/process strategy objectives .
  • Developing deal structures, proposals, and presentations to ensure a clearly differentiated value proposition.
  • Negotiating and closing deals in an aggressive time-frame .
  • Modeling and analyzing overall deal performance .
  • Working closely with clients to grow business post-contract .


  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business development experience (including at least 3+ years of business process outsourcing experience with the specialization in a particular domain like insurance, healthcare, finance and accounting).
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, negotiate, and close deals .
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills .
  • Strong presentation, organization and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and model-building skills .
  • Effective leader and team player .
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to multitask .
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce; familiarity with online search, and current internet and software technologies .
  • Established network of contacts at major consumer internet companies .
  • Prior experience in process transition would be a plus .
  • MBA preferred.
